By accessing or using Glappa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Registry Records
When you register an app on Glappa, you confirm that you are authorized to submit that app and that all information provided is accurate. Registry records are permanent and public. Glappa does not verify submitted information but reserves the right to remove records that violate these terms.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. You must not submit apps you do not own or have authorization to register. You must not use Glappa for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
Glappa® is a registered trademark. All content on Glappa.com, including design, text, and registry data, is the property of Ultra Sigma Ltd unless otherwise noted. App names, descriptions, and images submitted by users remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Payments
Registration fees are non-refundable once a registry record has been created. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Glappa does not store payment card information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Glappa is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ultra Sigma Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Glappa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
